CHALLENGE YOURSELF! SUPPORT YOUTH! 💛 This September, I'll be participating in the KM4KIDS 21 Day Health and Wellbeing Challenge to support the LifeChanger Foundation and raise crucial funds and awareness for the youth mental health crisis. 100% of funds raised support LifeChanger’s preventative youth mental health programs that empower youth with the courage to thrive!
